At Scarlet Darkness, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
